I built the first version of Voiceform after watching a clinic lose patients to a 22-field intake page. The information wasn't the problem — the interface was. People will happily tell you everything if it feels like a conversation.

So we started from the other end: describe what you need out loud, and let the system design the questions, the order, the follow-ups and the summary. What used to be an afternoon of form-building became a two-minute chat.
