Terms & Conditions

Voiceform lets you build conversational, AI-assisted forms, publish them, collect responses and analyse results. We may add, change or remove features to improve the product; we will not materially reduce a paid plan's core functionality during a term you have already paid for.

• You must be at least 16 and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your credentials.
• You must tell us promptly at support@voiceform.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency you select (USD or INR). Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing page.
• Cancelling stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Usage above your plan's response or AI limits may be throttled until you upgrade.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display that content so we can run the service — including sending text to our AI provider to generate fields and summaries. We own the Voiceform platform, brand and software.

• Do not use Voiceform for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing purposes.
• Do not collect sensitive data (such as health, financial or government-ID data) without a lawful basis and appropriate notice to respondents.
• Do not attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer the service or resell it without permission.
• Do not send spam or unsolicited messages using links generated by Voiceform.

AI-generated questions, summaries and scores are suggestions produced automatically. They can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing a form or acting on an insight, and for any professional, legal or medical context in which you use it.

When you collect responses you act as the data controller. You are responsible for your own privacy notice, for having a lawful basis to collect the data, and for honouring respondent requests. We process that data on your instructions as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control. Support is offered by email; response targets depend on your plan.

You may stop using Voiceform at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates risk for other users, or has unpaid fees. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

To the extent permitted by law, Voiceform is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email and take effect on your next renewal or continued use. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: legal@voiceform.ai.
