Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Voiceform also uses local storage, which works similarly but is read only by the app itself. We refer to both as "cookies" on this page.

These keep the platform working and cannot be switched off from inside the app.

• Authentication session — stores your signed-in session so the workspace can load your forms. Cleared when you sign out.
• Security tokens — protect form submissions and account actions from cross-site request forgery.
• Load balancing — set by our hosting provider to route requests reliably.

• Currency and billing-interval choice on the pricing and billing pages.
• Sidebar collapsed state, board/table/calendar view choice in the workspace.
• Dismissed hints and onboarding steps, so we don't repeat them.

We use aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and feature usage. These records are not used to build advertising profiles, and Voiceform does not run third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.

A published Voiceform form sets only what is needed to keep a respondent's progress during the session. If you embed a form on your own site, your site's cookie notice should mention it.

Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies and clear local storage — usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent the workspace from loading.
