Conditional logic and scoring

Smart logic is what makes a Voiceform feel like a conversation rather than a questionnaire.

Conditional logic

On the Logic tab of any block, add rules in the shape: if this answer matches X, then jump to block Y (or skip / end the form). Rules evaluate top to bottom, so put your most specific rule first.

Calculations and scoring

Assign points to choice options and Voiceform maintains a running score. Use the score to route respondents — hot leads to a booking screen, unqualified ones to a resource page — or store it on the response for your own sorting.

Hidden fields

Pass context into a form with URL parameters (for example a campaign ID) and store it alongside the answers without asking the respondent anything.
