Every form ships with a curated theme set, and each theme can be adjusted.
Themes
Pick from twelve presets covering light, warm, dark and high-contrast directions. Themes control background, surface, accent, typography scale and corner radius.
Logo and cover
Upload a logo and a cover image in the Design panel. Cover images can be displayed as a top banner, a full background with an overlay, or a split layout beside the question.
Media inside questions
Image choice blocks and per-question images let you ask visual questions — useful for product preference, layout feedback and shortlists.
